The complainant has requested copies of the application forms for successfully appointed applicants to the position of Legally Qualified Chair (‘LQC’) for Police Conduct Panels for the past ten years. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Office of the Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner (OSPCC) is entitled to rely on section 40(2) to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
