University of The Arts London (Decision Notice): ICO 13 Feb 2006

The complainant requested a copy of an internal report produced by the University to which she had contributed. The University initially refused to provide the information but without giving a reason or explanation, and they did not inform the complainant of her right to appeal, or direct her to the ICO. However, as the information was provided after the intervention of the ICO the Decision Notice did not identify any steps to be taken.
