Appeal against the unanimous decision of an Industrial Tribunal held at Reading which upheld Mr Porter’s complaint that the Respondents, his former employers, had made unlawful deductions from his wages and that he was entitled to pounds 1,831.71 by way of reimbursement under the Employment Rights Act 1996.
