Application by MasterCard providing for disclosure to the Claimant of documents that have been very recently supplied to MasterCard by the European Commission as a result of MasterCard’s right to have access to the Commission’s file, subject to certain safeguards. The documents were supplied in the context of an ongoing competition investigation being carried out by the Commission into what are called inter-regional interchange fees.
