The complainant believed that further information was held and that the council was a trustee to the Village Hall, meaning it would therefore hold the Village Hall Trustee minutes / agendas. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council holds no further information within the scope of the request. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
