The complainant has requested information relating to the number of active duty serving police officers stationed throughout the force broken down by police station and geographic area from Norfolk Constabulary. The Commissioner’s decision is that Norfolk Constabulary properly engaged section 31(1) and the public interest lies in maintaining the exemption.
