ICO The complainant has requested information relating to payments made by NHS England (including CSUs and other business units) for 2014/15. The Commissioner’s decision is that NHS England (NHSE) has breached section 10 (time for compliance) of the FOIA. Since this complaint was made NHSE has provided a response to the complainant and therefore the Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
