The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) refused to provide the requested information citing section 32 (court records) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MoJ was entitled to rely on sections 32(1)(a) and (c) to withhold the requested information. She does not require the MoJ to take any steps as a result of this decision.
