Whether, where an Appellant’s Notice is filed with the Court of Appeal electronically in accordance with ‘Electronic Working Pilot Scheme’ introduced by Practice Direction 51O (‘PD 51O’), it may be filed at any time up to midnight on the last day of the permitted period or must, either generally or at least in the case of an appeal from the Commercial Court, be filed by 4.30 p.m.
