Appeal against an order refusing interim relief in the form of a mandatory order requiring the Secretary of State to facilitate the return of the Appellant to the United Kingdom in the context of a judicial review challenging a decision of the Secretary of State to certify under regulation 33 of the EEA Regulations that his removal to Portugal pending the outcome of an appeal against a deportation decision would not be in breach of his human rights.
