The complainant has requested copies of purchase orders issued by the London Borough of Hounslow for a particular type of CCTV camera. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council breached section 10(1) of FOIA by failing to confirm that it did not hold the requested information within the statutory time limit. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any action as a result of this notice.
