Application under section 16(2) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (‘the DTA 1994’) for a certificate of increase to certify that the amount that might be realised in the case of the Defendant is greater than the amount taken into account in making the confiscation order, where the amount which the Defendant had been ordered to pay by a confiscation order is less than the amount assessed to be the value of his proceeds of drug trafficking.
