She seeks declarations that the decisions of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (‘PSNI’) and the Parades Commission to accept an ‘Advanced Notification’ form pertaining to a parade related protest was unlawful in that it did not comply with all the requirements of the Public Processions (NI) Act 1998.
