A. iri the life of C. makes a lease of this lad for 100 years ; C. dies without issue : this is a good lease against A. for this remainder is it reversion in A. for the use of the fee was not out of him, when the use to C. in tail was limited ; but remained in him, viz. in A. and is a reversion in A. and his heir in this case is not a purchaser, but shall have it by discent.
