Attorney General’s Reference (No 19 of 2005); Regina v Bowden: CACD 16 Mar 2006

The Attorney General sought to appeal against the sentence on the basis of material which had become available after the date of sentence. Psychiatric reports indicated the need for an indeterminate sentence.
Held: The appeal court could not take such material into account. Leave refused.
