This application concerns a number of claims, involving 15 individuals, who have applied for permission to bring a claim for judicial review to challenge decisions to the effect that their claims for asylum would not be processed in the United Kingdom but they would or might be removed to Rwanda and their claims dealt with there. They also seek permission to challenge the lawfulness of the arrangements under which claimants for asylum can be removed to Rwanda.
