The complainant requested the underlying geographical telephone numbers for specific Transport for London (‘TfL’) call centres. TfL withheld this information on the basis of section 43(2) (prejudice to commercial interests). The Information Commissioner’s decision is that TfL was correct to withhold this information under this exemption. The Information Commissioner (‘the Commissioner’) does not therefore require TfL to take any steps.
