Appeal from a decision declining to make a declaration that the respondent Trust had breached the Article 8 rights of the appellant and her child by prohibiting the appellant from physically holding the subject child the day after she was discharged from hospital after the child’s birth and prohibiting skin to skin contact for a period of four weeks.
