The complainant has requested a report which was referred to in the minutes of a meeting at Royston Town Council (‘the Council’) on 25 June 2018. The Council redacted some of the information in the report as being third party personal data. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly redacted some information in the report under regulation 13(1) of the EIR.
