The complainant requested information from the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust concerning an unidentified doctor and an operation performed on the complainant by the Trust. The Trust has applied section 14(1) of the FOIA (vexatious requests) to a number of requests by the complainant seeking such information. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
