Regina v Mould, Edwards, Leivers: CACD 28 Apr 1998

The defendants pleaded guilty to a small scale commercial burglary, and similar domestic burglary, in each case with older accomplices.
Held: The starting point for sentencing the older men was too high, insufficient account being taken of the guilty pleas. In view of the apparently determined reform of the younger appellant his sentence was reduced also.
