Regina v Dixon: CACD 23 Apr 1998

The appellant left court having been sentenced for possession of cannabis. Within two days had had been twice arrested for possession, and with intent to supply, and for having an offensive weapon.
Held: Sentences of six and eighteen months were reduced to a total of eighteen months for the drugs offences.
