Appeal against a 4.5 year custody probation order comprising one and a half years custody followed by three years’ probation imposed following his conviction on nine counts of indecent assault, two counts of gross indecency and one count of buggery of a female child. At the time o the offences, the appellant had been 13 or 14 years old.
