The applicant alleged a violation of his right to freedom of expression guaranteed by Article 10 of the Convention, because of his conviction for defamation slander after the publication of an article in a local newspaper. Citing Article 6 of the Convention, she also complained that his appeal against the sentence has not been reviewed by an impartial tribunal.
