Information Commissioner (Decision Notice): ICO 12 Feb 2013

The complainant has requested information which was withheld following a previous complaint he made to the ICO relating to Kent Police. The ICO refused to disclose the requested information under section 44(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the ICO has correctly applied section 44(1)(a) FOIA in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
