Home Office (Decision Notice): ICO 8 Apr 2013

The complainant requested a copy of legal advice provided to ACPO and held by the Home Office about the legality of offering speed awareness courses. The Home Office refused to disclose this information under the exemption provided by section 42(1) (legal professional privilege) of the FOIA.
