ICO The complainant requested information from the Home Office relating to a complaint which had concluded with a decision notice issued by the Information Commissioner. The Home Office refused to provide the requested information citing section 14(1) of the FOIA (vexatious request). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Home Office correctly applied section 14(1) to the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
