Gracewood v: 1790

The Court ordered defendant, at plaintiff’s expence, to give him a copy of the articles for Epsom races, and to produce the same at the trial. Defendant was stakeholder, and plaintiff, whose horse won the guinea or plate, could not proceed to trial without the articles.
