The complainant made a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to English Heritage for information relating to a statement in the Bath List. English Heritage stated that no information relevant to the scope of the request was held. The complainant was not satisfied that no information was held. The Commissioner has considered the arguments put forward by English Heritage and his decision is that English Heritage holds no information relevant to the request.
