Duffy and Others, Regina v: CACD 13 Jun 2008

Four applications for leave to appeal against sentence. They arise out of a gangland shooting in Liverpool which displayed, to an alarming degree, the grip which gang culture among the young has or had upon a section of that city, as it has in others, and the ease with which almost casual resort is made to planned murder in the course of gangland disputes.
