The complainant has requested information relating to Desborough School’s application to the Department for Education (DfE) to become an academy sponsored by the Education Fellowship together with information on the employment package of its interim head. The Commissioner’s decision is that Desborough School has breached section 10 of the FOIA by failing to respond to the complaint’s request promptly or in any event within 20 working days. The Commissioner requires the public authority to provide a response to the request that complies with section 1 of the FOIA.
