The complainant has requested the Department for Transport to disclose the correspondence it holds relating to Crossrail Ltd between, Mr Chris Grayling, and Ms Bernadette Kelly and Transport for London (TfL) between 1 February 2018 and 1 November 2018. The DfT advised the complainant that it does not hold any recorded information of the nature specified between the Secretary of State and TfL. It confirmed that it does hold correspondence between Ms Kelly and TfL. The DfT released some of this information to the complainant but withheld the remainder, citing sections 40, 41 and 43 of the FOIA.
