The Department for Education (DfE) refused to provide the requested information under section 37(1)(b), 40(2) and 40(4) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfE has correctly applied section 37(1)(b) in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
