Cassidy v Belfast City Council: FENI 3 Jul 2012

(1) The first and second claimants and/or their representatives each conducted the proceedings otherwise reasonably and/or the claims of the first and second claimants were misconceived.
(2) The Tribunal orders:-
(a) The first claimant to pay to the respondent the sum of andpound;2,600.00 (together with any Value Added Tax properly payable by the first claimant to the respondent) in respect of the respondent’s costs.
(b) The second claimant to pay to the respondent the sum of andpound;2,600.00 (together with any Value Added Tax properly payable by the first claimant to the respondent) in respect of the respondent’s costs.
(3) The respondent’s application for an Order for Costs against the third claimant is refused.
