Whether the appellant, Global Radio Services Limited had terminated a lease of property in Tingley, Leeds by the exercise of a break clause in the lease. The Judge sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge, concluded that the lease continued because Global had failed to give ‘vacant possession of the Premises’ in accordance with the break clause.
