Bolger, Regina (on The Application of) v Surrey Valuation Tribunal and Another: Admn 10 Feb 2009

Renewed application to quash the decision of the Valuation Tribunal, which held that for the purposes of council tax the property belonging to the claimant at Merland Rise, Epsom should be in Band F. The case for the claimant had been that the house should be in a lower band, namely Band E.
