B and Another v Secretary of State for The Home Department: Admn 12 Oct 2018

B and ND, the Claimants in this matter, are British Citizens and they were both the holders of British passports. The Security Minister, acting on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Home Department (‘the SSHD’), exercised the Royal Prerogative to cancel each of their passports.
