Claimant’s application for a final anti-suit injunction to restrain the defendant from continuing, or further pursuing, a claim commenced by them against the claimant ship owner, or any other claim in relation to any disputes arising under or in respect of two bills of lading in the Qingdao Maritime Court, China, in breach of a London Arbitration clause, it is said, contained in those bills of lading.
