The defendant appealed his sentence for breaching the terms of an interim Anti-Social Behaviour Order. The breach had been of a term not later included in the final order.
Held: There was no reason to treat the interim order any differently. An interim term might not be included in the final order for several reasons which had no implications as to the seriousness of the interim term. The appeal failed.
