ICO The complainant made six requests to Sheffield City Council for information relating to Sheffield City Airport. The Council stated that it had already provided all of the requested information it holds to the complainant in response to previous requests. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has complied with section 1(1) of the Act because it does not hold any information relating to the requests further to that already provided to the complainant. The Commissioner also finds that some of the requests relate to environmental information which is already publicly available under regulation 6(1)(b) of the EIR.
