ICO The complainant has requested two impact assessments for Free Schools, Saxmundham and Beccles. The Department for Education (DfE) refused to disclose this information under section 36(2)(b)(i) and 36(2)(c) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfE has correctly applied section 36(2)(b)(i) FOIA in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
