ICO The complainant requested information from Norfolk County Council (‘the Council’) regarding landowners of three proposed mineral extraction sites. The Council refused to supply the requested information citing Regulation 12(5)(f) and Regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations. The Commissioner has reviewed the requested information and has decided that the Council correctly applied Regulation 13 in this case. In view of this, the Commissioner did not consider the Council’s application of Regulation 12(5)(f).
