Upjohn Ltd v Licensing Authority established by the Medicines Act 1968 et al: ECJ 26 Jan 1999

European law did not prescribe how a national authority should allow challenge of Medicine Authority’s decision. UK rules allowing a court to check the decision only for error or abuse of power, and not the underlying factual assessment are proper.
