The complainant has requested information relating to why the council has not sought to recover a sum of money from him following a court judgement for costs placed against him. The Council has previously supplied the complainant with information, however, it has applied section 14(1) to this particular request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly applied section 14(1) in this instance. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
