NIIT The decision of the tribunal is that:-
(i) the tribunal makes a declaration that the respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant in the sum of andpound;365;
(ii) the tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of andpound;365.
