The complainant made a number of requests to University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (‘UHB’). UHB refused to provide the requested information on the basis that the requests were vexatious under section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act. The Commissioner’s decision is that UHB has correctly applied section 14 to these requests. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
