The complainant requested a copy of a British Equestrian Federation report relating to details of drug tests carried out in British show jumping in 2011/12. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to withhold the report on the basis of the exemption at section 41 FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
