The complainant has requested from Treviglas Community College (the ‘College’) a detailed description of the costs of the proposed 3G football pitch at the College. The College explained that it does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the College does not hold the requested information for the purpose of the FOIA. Therefore the Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
