Suffolk County Council (‘the Council’) would neither confirm nor deny holding the requested information by virtue of sections 40(5) (personal information). The Commissioner’s decision is that the section 40(5)(a) exemption is engaged. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision.
