The complainant has requested information relating to Vale View Primary School’s Lightning Protection System results and a copy of the school’s Lightning Risk Assessment. Stockport Metropolitan Council refused the request as vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly applied the vexatious provision at section 14(1) of the FOIA. He does not require any steps to be taken.
